1. General Policy
- All sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and processed.
- We supply products intended for stores, supermarkets, and markets. Due to the wholesale nature of these transactions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as unsold stock, change of mind, or over-ordering.
2. Eligible Returns
We will accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products upon delivery.
- Wrong items received that do not match the order invoice.
- Shortages or missing products in the delivery.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- We may request photos or videos as evidence of the issue before authorizing a return.
4. Refunds
- Once a return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer, depending on the agreement.
- Shipping fees, delivery charges, and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased on clearance, sale, or special promotion.
- Used, opened, or damaged items caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Custom orders or special-request items.
6. Exchanges
Where possible, defective or wrong items may be exchanged for the same product. If the item is out of stock, we will provide an equivalent replacement or issue a store credit.
7. Responsibility for Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping or arrange collection.
- If the return is not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
